    This test does not allow a diagnosis for mental health, nor does it give clinically competent assessments about health in any other way. The test explores the presence of essential symptoms of depression, anxieties, sleep problems, mental exhaustion (lack of energy) and helps to draw attention to them. Results are accompanied with general recommendations for supporting mental health.
